Learning objectives 

Following the symposium, learners will be able to:  

  • Identify the limitations of current approved therapies and remaining unmet clinical needs in the treatment of myelofibrosis. 
  • Explain the biological mechanisms underlying myelofibrosis and the rationale for multi-pathway targeting.  
  • Evaluate the efficacy, safety, and potential clinical roles of current and emerging JAKi-based combination approaches for patients with myelofibrosis.  
  • Assess emerging evidence and clinical considerations that may inform the future optimization of combination treatment strategies in myelofibrosis.
